Hebrew Home at Riverdale is looking for a full time Assisted Living Residence (ALR) Sales Director to join our dynamic team.



The Director of Sales sets and executes the strategy, in conjunction with the marketing department, for all events, tours, and related tasks ensuring consistency in marketing communication, rental goals and lead generation.


The sales scope includes but is not limited to community networking, event planning, touring and initial client assessment. Provides operational support to administrator, extracts tenant and family satisfaction and works closely with the clinical team to meet and anticipate census goals.


Responsible for procurement and stabilization for 69 ALR / ELAR/ SNARL apartments census, including the appropriate reporting of census and marking efforts outcomes and direction on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis.



The ideal candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in business or health care related w/ 5 years of Senior care experience in healthcare setting and/or 5 years of experience in housing Sale/ Operations preferably in senior housing.
